Magnetic suspension bearing techniqueThere will be no contact friction between all mechanical parts of the unit which will never require lubrication system. Significantly enhancing the reliability of the unit while greatly reducing maintenance costs.

Variable frequency driveWith the compressor running at 48,000rpm and 10% ~ 100% variable frequency stepless adjustment, it achieves precise and wide range temperature control. The starting current is only 2A, which helps reducing the impact on the grid and improving the uniformity of the oxide film.

Energy efficient the heat transfer efficiency is increased by 15% with the oil-free cooling system and heat exchangers producing no oil film thermal resistance, which combined with the use of the R134a environmentally friendly refrigerants having ODP at 0, has improved the efficiency COP at full load up to 8.3, efficiency IPLV under part load to 13 and efficiency IPLV to 20.166 under optimal conditions. In any parts of the world, electric consumption is less than 50kWh/ton for oxidation GB aluminum material and within 0.38 kWh/pcs for hard oxidation pot.

Low noiseFrictionless running of magnetic levitation compressor, low vibration, 6-10dBA lower other same capacity normal unit. No shock influence to the building around it.
